Using this website
This website introduces Acktive Travel Group's journeys and the separate Big Tim Art commission collection. Photographs and films show past experiences. They do not guarantee that a particular activity, property, guide, or itinerary will be included in a future trip.
Travel enquiries
Sending a form expresses your interest. It does not reserve a place, confirm departure dates, or create a paid booking. Your written proposal will set out the itinerary, included services, availability, price, payment schedule, and cancellation terms before you decide to book.
Art requests
Portfolio photographs show past commissions and studio work. Pictured originals are not listed as available stock. Commission prices are for the artwork. Subject, dimensions, production timing, shipping, any taxes or duties, and optional framing are confirmed in the quote before payment.
Payments
Where checkout is offered, review and accept your offer before paying. It sets out what you're buying, the full total, the amount due now and the terms that apply to your order. Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout page. Don't send card or banking details through enquiry forms or email.
Partial payments and balances
If your offer allows a deposit or another partial payment, checkout collects the amount shown as due now. Your offer sets out the remaining balance and its payment dates. This checkout doesn't arrange automatic future charges. Contact us before paying if any amount or deadline is unclear.
Payment receipts and fulfillment
A Stripe receipt records a successful payment. It doesn't by itself confirm that your trip is ready to depart or that your artwork is complete or dispatched. Booking confirmation, production and delivery follow the terms in your accepted offer. Keep your offer and payment receipt for reference.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Review the change, cancellation and refund terms shown with your offer before accepting it. Art production, delivery, shipping, taxes, duties and any remaining payment obligations are also specific to that offer. Contact Acktive with questions or a request to change or cancel your order.

The images, films, artwork, and branding on the site are protected by their owners' rights. Viewing them does not grant reproduction or resale rights. For enquiries about the website or media, use the contact form.
