How information submitted through this website is handled.
Information you choose to share
Our forms ask for your name, email, and the details needed to respond to your travel or art request. Some forms also ask for a phone number, destination preferences, group size, city, or country. Please do not include passport numbers, card details, or other sensitive documents.
What happens to a request
Website requests are stored using Netlify Forms so Acktive can review and respond. The information is used to discuss your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and follow up on the interests you selected. An enquiry is not a booking or a payment.
Website services
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, including spam checks. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and security logs. Videos and photographs are served from the website without a social-media player embedded in the page.
Campaign links
When you submit a contact, art or trip enquiry from a campaign link, we may include its campaign name with your request to understand which campaign brought the enquiry. This records only a predefined campaign name. We do not use advertising pixels, cookies or browser storage for this attribution, or save the full link, other link parameters or your browsing history with it.
Access, correction, or deletion
Use our contact form or email hello@acktivetravel.com to ask about information you have submitted, correct it, or request its deletion. Include the email address used for your request. Do not send an identity document with the initial message.
Questions
This notice describes the current enquiry website. If you proceed with a trip or artwork order, we will explain the information needed for that service separately. The terms of external sites apply when you follow an external link.
