Valentine founded Acktive Travel Group to share the journeys he was planning for friends and family. He leads the planning, shapes the experience, and brings the right ground partners together for each trip.

why this exists.
Acktive started with a question: why does travel always feel like a transaction? You pay a number, you get a brochure, you go through a list. Done. We did not want that.
So we built a small-group travel company that puts movement first. We pick borders worth Krossing. We use small cohorts so you actually Konnect with everyone. Our July 2026 safari brought that idea to life, with wildlife encounters, local connections, and time together across Botswana and Zimbabwe.
We are based in Huntsville, Alabama, and we move people around the world.
