This is a starting itinerary for your own party. We confirm the sequence, accommodation and activity times for your dates. Wildlife sightings and flying conditions vary.
Day 1
Arrive and settle into the bush.
Meet your transfer, settle into the lodge and begin with the river or a lodge activity if your flight timing allows. Dinner is at the lodge.
Day 2
The Falls, from the ground and the sky.
Walk the rainforest viewpoints and take a shared scenic helicopter flight, subject to safe flying conditions. Leave time for a local art stop and an evening of music, storytelling and dinner. The exact sequence follows performance days and opening hours.
Day 3
A day in Chobe.
Cross into Botswana for a shared wildlife day with time on land and water. Border entry requirements apply. Elephant sightings are a possibility, never a guarantee.
Day 4
A last morning, then onward.
Enjoy breakfast and a little time at the lodge before your scheduled airport transfer. Add more nights if you want a slower pace.

Our planning schedule is 30% at confirmation and the balance 60 days before travel. A later booking or an experience with earlier supplier commitments may require more upfront. The accepted offer sets your actual schedule and cancellation terms.
