This is a starting itinerary for your own party. We confirm the sequence, accommodation and activity times for your dates. Wildlife sightings and flying conditions vary.
Day 1
Welcome to Cape Town.
Transfer to your hotel and settle in. Keep the first evening easy after your flight.
Day 2
Art, neighborhoods and the city.
Visit a contemporary African art museum and explore the city with a local guide. We arrange the day around opening hours and your interests.
Day 3
An evening with rhythm.
Keep the day open for your own exploration or a separately priced excursion. In the evening, join interactive drumming and a shared African dining experience, with transfers.
Days 4–5
Trade city sounds for the bush.
Take a scheduled road transfer to a Western Cape safari reserve for two nights, lodge meals and scheduled game drives. This is a managed private reserve experience, distinct from a Kruger or Botswana wilderness safari.
Day 6
One more drive, then back to the Cape.
After the fourth scheduled drive and breakfast, return by road for a final Cape Town hotel night. Enjoy the evening at your own pace. Your international flight is planned for the following day.
Day 7
Take the memories with you.
Have breakfast and transfer to the airport for your onward journey. Add more city time or an original artwork as a separately priced option.

Our planning schedule is 30% at confirmation and the balance 60 days before travel. A later booking or an experience with earlier supplier commitments may require more upfront. The accepted offer sets your actual schedule and cancellation terms.
